Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence. These terms and conditions only apply to our website sales; different policies apply for 'Approved Agent' sales and Trade sales.

PRICING

All prices shown are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

ACCEPTING ORDERS & SECURITY

When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an e-mail (first e-mail) to confirm receipt. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail (second e-mail) with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.

DELIVERY

Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom, Americas, Europe, Japan and Singapore, to the address to which your credit/debit card is registered. All deliveries made by Courier must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. Delivery times and details about delivery can be found under 'Delivery' accessible from the Menu. Although we do everything we can to meet the delivery times described in that section, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control & therefore cannot be guaranteed. Should we, at your request, decide to deliver to an address other than that of the card holder, we will not be held liable for undelivered goods.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

 You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us either before or within 14 days after delivery.
If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. An item should be returned unused, along with its original packaging.

MISCELLANEOUS

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
These terms and conditions only cover the AVEA website. Any links within this site to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites that are not under our control.
