DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
 

For all UK deliveries within the United Kingdom we endeavour to have your goods on your doorstep with 48 hours or two working days. In some instances, where an order is placed before 1.00pm on a working day, we will have your goods delivered the following day.

How is your UK parcel delivered

We use Royal mail 1st class for all UK deliveries. Where a parcel is large we may choose to send it by courier. We carry this cost, you pay only what has been billed on the website

Delivery Abroad

Avea will ship your Logona order to any of the following countries; North and South America, Europe (E.U only), Turkey, Japan and Singapore. Please note we do not dispatch to any African countries due to prohibitive insurance costs.

What does foreign dispatch cost

You will be charged a standard rate at checkout. We will determine your additional shipping costs (if any) and notify you of the additional cost. You may at this point elect to cancel the order, or pay the extra shipping on the payment link provided. We always choose the cheapest method for overseas delivery. We are happy to use airfreight if the cost is warranted and you want to pay the additional amount.

Import duties

For non E.U countries, an import tariff may apply to the purchase. Please be aware of this, and be prepared to pay any such duty before receiving your parcel.

Backorders, items not in stock

If we have items out of stock, these will automatically be placed on backorder and you will receive any backorder item within seven days of placing the order. All items in stock will be delivered immediately and back order items will follow. In the event you have ordered a single item, and this is on backorder, we will notify you by email. You may at this point exercise the right to cancel the order.
